If we could give 10 stars we would! Luke, Andrew and Matt installed our ducted system yesterday and we are so impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and dedication. The quote process was very thorough, and Luke provided us with all the information we needed prior to going ahead with the job. On the day of installation, the boys arrived exactly on time and throughout the entire installation, they took care in making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be, without any hesitation. Luke then spent extra time to help us understand how to use the new system and answered all of our questions very patiently.We have never had tradesmen who have been this considerate and friendly, making the process so seamless. Today Logicool professionals have quickly replaced my ancient unmaintainable split system and took away the old unit. Also while arranging the installation and clarifying details Logocool was replying very promptly to all my emails. Good job!

We have had our system for a few months now, it has made our house so comfortable. The roof access at our house was tight but the team came up with a great affordable solution which made the whole thing so easy for us. Luke recommended a split system which works really well in our home. We would highly recommend Logicool Air. The price was very competitive and the workmanship and communication was great. Had to leave this review as I think about what a great job was done almost every day in our comfy air-conditioned home.

Had a new aircon system installed by a thoroughly professional team. Luke explained the entire process in an easy to understand way. The guys were punctual and the work was completed in the specified time and what’s more they relocated my hoselink hose and there was not a speck of dust to be found after they left.
