They were really responsive to my enquiries, even getting back to me on the weekend. Their team came out to measure and quote. The quote was very fair, and they were able to book my job in quickly. On installation, the team turned up on time, in clean uniforms, and were very respectful of our house. They cleaned as they went, and did a fabulous job. If we could give 10 stars we would! Luke, Andrew and Matt installed our ducted system yesterday and we are so impressed with their workmanship, professionalism and dedication. The quote process was very thorough, and Luke provided us with all the information we needed prior to going ahead with the job. On the day of installation, the boys arrived exactly on time and throughout the entire installation, they took care in making sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be, without any hesitation.
